Young People's Theatre will hold open auditions for Some Enchanted Evening 漏 - The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, in the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building theater on the 抖阴官网 campus. The campus is located at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville.
Auditions are open for youth ages, 8 to 19, and will consist of a song and a dance combination that will be taught. Some students may be asked to a sing a solo. Students auditioning should wear comfortable clothes and shoes they can dance in - no flip flops. For more information on auditioning, visit stchas.edu/ypt.
Those auditioning must be accompanied by an adult. To be cast, students must either have had Introductory Theatre Workshop I or concurrently enroll in that class in addition to being in the production.
Performances will be at 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Oct. 12-13, and 2 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 13-14. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at or by calling 636-922-8233.
